Returns

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be:

* Unworn
* Unwashed
* In their original condition
* With all original tags attached

Custom-made, personalized, altered or made-to-order products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days after delivery.
